Due to the personalized nature of products, we cannot offer returns.  All sales are final.  However, if you are unhappy, please contact us immediately at everembroidered@gmail.com and we will make it right. Keep in mind that we are a small business and every sale is important to us.

Be sure that you order with the correct text, color and embroidery.
